recording an invoice as paid

Hi,
Can anyone please tell me how to mark an invoice as paid, so I can send a Receipt to my client?
I do not want to link Waveapps to my bank account, so need to do it outside of this option.

Hey @BarbaraZee !

To mark an invoice as paid, you can go to Sales > Invoices, click on the invoice, and select Record a payment! Then you'll be able to click Send a receipt to email a receipt to your client 😊
