Edit history

If there is a dispute on whether an estimate or invoice was edited after an agreement was made is there a way to view the edit history to satisfy or show to the customer? Or should we encourage customers to save the pdf immediately when the estimate is agreed upon?

I'm afraid that Wave doesn't have an edit history to reference. However, if this is regarding an invoice or estimate amount change, your customer can view their initial invoice/estimate email as it contains the invoice/estimate's original amount like so:

The amount in the email wouldn't change since it is separate from the live invoice/estimate link. If this is regarding the notes/terms sections or even item line details, then you can encourage your customer to save a PDF copy for themselves like you mentioned.
