Please think seriously about having and opt in or opt out option on your updates. This whole auto categorization is annoying but the damn auto merge function is a nightmare. It would be helpful to be able to display account balance aging on an invoice and have the ability to enable or disable this feature at the customer account level with an override enable/disable on an individual invoice. Basic Current, 30 days, 31–60 days, and 61–90 days past the due date would be nice.

Please add sub-categories and tags for transactions. You would have droves of people using this if it just had a way to parse out lines of business, and right now its impossible! Please add some granularity. Event his post can have tags!

I am so glad I found you guys. I can't believe this is free. Two things: 1. You need rules like QBO does. I do see that the system tries to group and pick the category using AI, but I need to be able to save a rule that says when a transaction comes through it will auto categorize it and check it off the list. I love Wave, however today I learned that my Wave Money account is unable to receive domestic wires or Fedwire. This is an epic fail. My company has started to do business with the government, which means I will not be able to use my Wave Money account for these transactions.

When searching for an older invoice, there does not appear to be a capability to search by any identifying info other than Invoice number. Is that correct. If so, is there a workaround in Wave or an effort to make invoice management more user friendly?

We work with a number of businesses that pay their invoices 30 or 60 days out. Having more reminder options for each invoice or statement on a customizable schedule would be great as the ones you have are very limited and delay payments being made.
