Payroll Direct Deposit has not been issued

I'm trying to understand why the direct deposits I have going out are stuck in "scheduled"?! First Wave calls my company a risk and blocks us from being able to accept payments via invoice. Now you can take our money and hold it hostage when I have two contractors we have to pay and we are a day behind and I'm not happy about that at all! I have been trying to reach out to somebody for the past couple of weeks about these issues that keep coming up and now here we are with Wave holding our money! Release it so I can be done with this company. I'm sick of it.
