Bug - Rounding error in account balance report when imported from Bill. Report always rounds down

When you have fractions of units in bill, the line amount is rounded correctly (up and down). Subtotal and total are also correct. See screenshot below.

However, when I run the report. These fractions are always rounding down, causing it to not balance with correct payment amounts and creating an unbalanced balance sheet.
Accounts Payable transactions

I have not tested this with invoice but I suspect Reports may have the same error for that too.
