how do I enter this into wave?

I use airbnb with a management company. Total rent $1901.26 received by the management company, then they minus $235 cleaning fee, $15 admin fee, $365 management fee and send me $1286.26 how do I enter the full rent but account for all the expenses. I'm so confused.

Use splits, I think.

What might suffice in your case is splitting your deposit transaction to include the deductions as a negative item line by using a "Processing Fee" account (this should work despite the "processing fee" title). This will account for your net pay along with the deductions the management company collects. For more information on splitting transactions, click here.
