Slowing of Wave

Hi, I am doing a lot of research about who best to go with since Wave is letting us all down in Australia (I would have been so happy to pay to keep it). I am trialling Zoho as recommeded but there are time consuming issues with exporting vital data. In the last week Wave for me has slowed to such a pace that it is almost impossible to use. I wonder if Wave is forcing me to go to Zoho by signifcantly slowing my access? It's never been like this in 4 years. Anyone else experienced this?
