Payment processing issue

Just started using Wave and received 1 payment only to be informed 2 days later they will not process payments for us anymore. No real explanation given.

    Hey @nmm !

    After taking a closer look on the back end, I can see that our Risk Team reviewed your Payments application and they are unable to continue providing payment processing services for your business I'm afraid. Given that the Wave Support team focuses on the technical side of Wave, including troubleshooting and how to navigate the software, we do not have any insight on the decision making process of our Risk Team.

    If you have any questions about the decision made on your account, please reply directly to the email sent to you on March 29th by our Risk Team titled: [IMPORTANT] Your Wave Payments Account. They will gladly assist you further.
