Standard memo for new estimates

How can I prevent the "Standard memo for new estimates" from appearing on invoices when I convert an estimate into an invoice?

Just a heads up I've moved your post to the Sales & Invoicing section so you can view the discussions on similar issues.

At the moment it's not currently possible to prevent the standard estimates memo from also appearing on your invoice when you convert it I'm afraid. However, you are able to delete this memo from the Notes / Terms section of your invoice before saving it!
