I received an error message when trying to create a new vendor

As shown in the attached images, when I clicked on "add vendor" for a transaction today, I got an error message. I am not sure what has gone wrong.

    Hey @TDuvall , I'd recommend trying to create a vendor from the Purchases > Vendors page as this will help determine if the issue is located in the Transactions page or if there's a general error with creating a vendor.

    Additionally, if this issue is still happening, please reach out to our Support team via our chatbot in app so that the team can take a further look as this may indeed be a bug.

    I have been having the same problem yesterday and today. Trying to add my first Vendors, and keep getting the same error message. (Error 500)

    The problem happens when I go to Purchases and then Vendors. Or if I click on "Add a vendor"

    I cleared the cache as suggested and have an up to date Firefox browser. I think I might have to find a different app than Wave unless I can solve this fast!
