Cannot connect President choice credit card.

Hello there,

For the last month, I have been trying to connect my President choice mastercard to my wave account. It used to work fine, then all of a sudden disconnected. Now every time I try to connect. I get to the second authorization screen which requires a code from either text, call or email. Nothing works! Please help
