Transfers to and from a trading account and an investment account

I have one trading account, and an investment account with the same bank. I always keep the trading account with a minimum amount by moving funds to the investment account, using the simple funds transfer functionality provided by my bank. I transfer funds back to the trading account when I want to pay bills. I never pay from the investment account. When I import the two bank statements into Wave, it records outgoing transfers as operating and all incoming transfers as income. As a result the business income and operating expenses are over stated. How do I solve this problem?
