Wave Connect - Cash Flow report expense value not the same as in Income Statement report

I ran the Wave Connect report for Cash Flow and got an expense value of ¥23,014, but when I run the Wave Connect Income Statement report in the same time period I get ¥106,824 for the same expense. There seems to be a bug, otherwise please explain the discrepancy.
