Journal Entry - Move Lines

When you have Multiple Lines for a Journal Entry, you cannot move the lines up or down.

Can you add a feature where you can:
1. Select a line and then have two buttons to move the line up or down?
2. Or, have a handle on the left of the line, that you can grab and move the line to where you want it in the list of lines?
