As it turns out, User permissions aren't customisable, so, for example, if you have added an Admin user, it's not possible to "turn off" their access to bank connections in general, or for specific bank accounts.
That said, we do have two User types which do not have permission to view any bank connections, and these are the Viewer and Editor. Feel free to take a look at our Help Centre article on Users for more info
