Adding income in transactions

I'm a graphic designer, and I receive my income as royalties from sites like Zazzle. When I enter the income in transactions, where do I put the name of the company i.e. Zazzle? I am putting it in "description," but that is too slow, as then I have to type it out each time. I only have 3-4 income sources, so I need a place where I can just select the correct company from a dropdown or something.

    Hi @ConnieR,

    What you can do is create a Customer Profile for each website to track the income sources. Once you've created your customers, head to the Transactions page, open the details of the income transaction, and click Add customer. This will add a drop-down box where you can select the customer!

    For a detailed overview of your customer transactions, you can also view the Income by Customer report :smile:
