Invoice sent to multiple people

Hi there, I have somehow sent a client invoice to two people and one of them is no longer with the company. When I search for their name to remove it only shows the primary email address. How do I find the second person?

    Hi @SociallySue As you've already noticed, invoices will only show the customer's primary email address and there's no record of additional recipient email addresses. The way our mailing servers work is that we'd need to search a specific email in order to see what has been sent to it. If you have a list of potential emails it could've gone to, I recommend submitting a support ticket and one our dedicated support specialist would be be happy to further investigate!
