payment via wave payments

Hello guys,

I am a professional accountant and have a lot of clients I am handling accounting for on wave apps and sometimes I send them invoices drafted from wave apps but payments are made via freelancing platforms or from Payoneer because i am not from the USA Canada so i cant use wave payments and features fully.

I have recently received a payment form my client by mistake in wave payments so how can I receive it as i am not from USA CANADA and for verification to receive payment i am being asked for information about state etc
