Wave balance is off even though transactions matched

I'm having trouble reconciling my account. I've crossed-checked my statement and the Wave transactions multiple times and it says I have a difference of $42.03 but I can't see that anywhere. Does anyone know what this could be and how to fix it?

Hey @elisethemisfit It's hard to determine what may be causing the difference without having a closer look at your account. From the top of my head, I recommend double checking the Statement balance entered onto Wave to ensure it matches the bank statement. If the balance matches and all transactions has been accounted for (no duplicates or missing transactions), I highly recommend sending us a support ticket and we'd be happy to take a closer look within your account.
