Can I create Order Confirmation or Sales Acknowledgement

Hi - I create estimates (quotations) when my customers send me an RFQ. Once my customer sends me a purchase order they typically want me to send them a Order Confirmation or Sales Acknowledgment with the lead-time and any additional tax and final pricing. They do not pay me until the item is finished a shipped which usually takes several weeks. I know I can convert the estimate to an invoice but is there a way to create a Order Confirmation from the estimate? The invoice says invoice on it and that will be confusing if I send that 10 minutes after they send me the purchase order. Thanks! Great software! creating Packing Slips would be awesome too!!!
