Unable to connect my RBC account

Hi,
I've been trying to connect my RBC business account to Wave and I get to the point where Wave asks me to "log into your bank account and update your account. Then, return to Plaid to continue"
I can't figure out what exactly I need to update. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @Monica001,
After taking a look at your connection attempts, I can see what needs to be done before you can connect. To connect, please log in to your online banking account, and complete your account setup there. Once completed, you should be able to connect through Wave!
If you're having trouble finding what needs to be done to complete the set up, I recommend reaching out to your bank directly, as this isn't something we have much insight on I'm afraid.
