No Bank Import for 2 weeks

As many others have mentioned, I have not received imported transactions since my bank updated their online banking system. After not hearing from support for a few days, I tried to delete the connection and reconnect the bank. This did not produce good results as I keep getting the message could not connect to your institution.

Also getting the message, This connection is temporarily down.

The bank and Plaid was not helpful in getting this going.
