HI
I have used your template and when i import everything matches up perfectly BUT it tells me that the customers are already there. But they are not how do i get my customers imported please

Hi @Shareen ,
Can you clarify how you're importing these customers? Are you doing so through .CSV file uploads, or are you using your Google contacts?
If it's via .CSV, please take a look at this Help Centre article for common errors which may be causing this issue.
An alternative way that you can try and import your customers is by using our Google Sheets add on, Wave Connect. This will allow you to add the information from a .CSV file onto a spreadsheet template, and then upload the customers into your Wave account. Check out this Help Centre article for more information on this!
