I would like a way to customize how my email is worded without having to type pretty much the same thing out EVERY TIME I need to send an invoice.

Hi @CCF_2016 ,

If you head to your Settings, you'll find a couple of options to add default text to your invoices. You can also copy invoices, by heading to Sales > Invoices, clicking the Action drop down, and selecting Duplicate!
