Customer can't see Meridian Credit Union as an option when attempting to pay invoice

My client is trying to pay their invoice using the Meridian Credit Union account.
They say that the Meridian Credit Union is not showing up as an option when previously it was.
When I go to Bank Connections the Meridian Credit Union IS an option for me.
Why is it not visible for my customer?
