Trial Balance does not balance - Phantom Balance Appearing

Hi, my trial balance for Nov is not balancing and this is due to a phantom balance appearing for for account - COGS-Charter Hire. When I go to look into this account, there is actually nothing posted in there.
Pls help. Tq
