Data export time out

Hi,

Due to Wave reducing support outside of the US & the recent removal of the receipts scanning feature im migrating to another platform.

I have requested the 'export all receipts as a ZIP' and also 'export all transactions for excel' three days ago but I have had nothing thought on my primary email.

I have checked spam, junk etc and also re-requested the data yesterday with no effect.

Anyone having the same issue or found any solutions?
