How to enter a vehicle purchased with a loan and downpayment

I searched everywhere in youtube and in the forum and in the help section and for the life of me i cannot find any answer. I purchased a vehicle and i need to enter as an asset as well as the loan liability. is there any step by step to accomplish this?
