How do i get information on a rejected invoice payment wave is holding my money for more the 65 days

I received a payment from a client for the 1st transaction using wave payments.
wave suspected fraud and held the payment.
then my ability to receive payments was canceled by wave. but the money was not sent back to my client after 69 days as of now.
I have nobody to talk to and I don't qualify for live support since my payment ability was canceled.
how do you hold a large amount of money from me with nobody to talk to to get an answer?
in my book that's stealing.
