AMEX not listed when enabling online payments

It states on the website that for an additional fee you accept AMEX payments but when my client tried to pay me the system told her "this business doesn't accept AMEX", but AMEX wasn't listed in the icons next to the pay online button. I even enabled the other button for ACH payments but that didn't fix it either. When I entered her card info manually, it acceped the payment right away. Can you please explain to me why the invoice won't allow the client to use AMEX that way?

    Hello, I'm having a problem with my American Express business credit card.
    Transactions stop uploading to your system but your system doesn't recognize that there is a problem. It shows that everything is connected and working but transactions are not been imported into your system. The only strange thing that I notice is that in your dashboard this account doesn't show the last time it was updated as the other accounts do.
    Please help.
