Require A stored credit card

In performing rentals/leases we want to automatically charge a clients cc if they are late or extend the product.

It would be really nice to require the customer to click the "charge future transactions" rather than make it optional. In certain situations, this makes it much harder to get a payment from some. Our legal lease agreements allow for this.

We're asking for this because we can but very well suspect, like all the other requests made, they go to deaf ears in a black abyss.
