Need help receiving my payment to my bank

Hello,
I have a friend who recently used Wave. She receive the payment but she haven't fully setup her account.
She didn't know the updates regarding to new users and who are outside of USA and CANADA are cannot longer use the waveapps features.
How can she be able to receive the payment to her bank account? The client from the USA actually paid through the invoice used with wave.
Please help.
PS. She's from Philippines
