Transactions haven't updated for 2 months

I only have a week left to pay my GST tax and I can't because my transactions haven't showed up since May 14. I've been disconnecting and reconnecting this whole time and waiting but they aren't showing up.
What are my options here?
If I completely delete my bank account off of my account, will my old transactions with the data I've added still be there?
