Adding a Vendor/Bill to Personal

How do I add bills to my Personal account? I dont see purchases or add vendor anywhere.

    The personal account is meant for after-the-fact bookkeeping only. You would either have to enter the transaction from the bank feed or manually enter on the transactions screen. You can attach the bill to the transaction in the receipts tab.
