Last 3 Payouts On Hold
I just found out that to my horror, my last 3 payments have been on hold and I haven't received an email back from the risk team after answering a whole bunch of questions - they have the type of business that I own / run incorrect. They thought I have a product based business in the massage & spa industry when in fact, I am a consultant to companies in that space who want to increase their e-commerce presence. My banking information hasn't changed, so I am beyond upset that I can't get the risk team to process the review of my account and release the funds.
Can you please release the monies - #1 is from 2 months ago, #2 is from 1 month ago, and the other payment I received last week. This is becoming more critical as each day passes. Here are the transaction ID's:
