Revaluation Entry on foreign currency account

Good Day
I have a foreign currency account with a zero balance in the foreign currency, but a positive balance in the business currency.
According to this article: https://support.waveapps.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052935171-Foreign-currency-account-balances-in-Wave
I need to contact the Wave Support Team to request a Revaluation Entry. However, email support is not available on my account and it is clearly not possible to fix this myself.
Can someone at Wave please assist?
