Denied payouts

I have accepted multiple payments via wave invoicing in the past and now all of the sudden on the most recent 3,I get an email saying all future payouts are denied. Never had a returned payment or anything to indicate risk. I can provide contracts, receipts, real humans to verify their intent to pay and for what services. I just don't understand. I have "escalated" with support and not received answer in weeks. Please help.
