Collecting W-4 forms from employees

Hello, I am ready to set up payroll for a small business. If I collect a W-4 from an employee, is there a way to upload that to Wave so the information is entered automatically for the employee ? Also, Does Wave help file the W-4, if needed, with the new hire reporting agency of the state where the business is located, or will I need to report the W-4 for new hires myself with my state ? Thanks for help with my question
