Cannot attach transaction payments to invoices

Help!
After four years of using wave i suddenly cannot attach my payments in my transactions area to my invoices?
Its coming up as USD when my wave is set up in NZD and all my payments are in NZD - im not sure why this has happened?
I dont want to manually have to record all my payments as suggested to me!
Why has this suddenly happened?

    Hi, @ali.

    There was an issue with transactions imported by the Bank of New Zealand, which would upload in USD rather than in NZD. We rolled out a fix for this problem shortly after you wrote this post. Are you still having the same issue?
