How to Refund a Purchase to A Gift Card

How do I setup a transaction in my ledger to show a refund for a purchase that has been placed onto a gift card. This is not something that would show on my bank statement since the refund went directly to a gift card.

I created a journal entry (see journal entry). Would this be an accurate way to show the transaction?
