"Account not currently supported" unable to connect bank account

I am using wells fargo and when I try to connect (Plaid) it says:
"Account not currently supported"
I tried weeks ago with the same results.
Disappointed that I cannot even sign up for Wave for a paid account to get support for questions like this. Well, unless I have to go through the trouble of starting the Payroll feature, but that is lame and confusing.
