Mistakes on taxes

Hi, I have a client in Toronto to whom I charged the wrong taxes. All ethe invoices have already been paid. But now I have to correct the invoices to put the right (TVH) taxes. But, I have already made my taxes reports for those periods. My question is: How can I make the changes and be able to see the taxes already reported, the new taxes I have to but in the corrected invoices and see the difference to be able to have the good writting in my books and to do the corrected report to the gouverment?

    The mistake I did was to charge the TVQ since I am in Quebec but by client being in Ontario it is the TVH I had to charge.
