Customer Activity Communications - Manually Enter Communications
Hi there, so I absolutely LOVE this new customer activity feature where we can see what communications have been sent to our clients! I do wonder though if it would be possible to make it so we can manually add communication. That would certainly make my life a lot simpler. Some of our clients don’t have internet or an email so I have to manually hand them a paper or mail them a copy, so I would like to be able to enter those communications too.
For example: I currently have a client that is overdue on their payment and so I snail mailed them a reminder. I would love to be able to have that recorded for my records in the customer activity tab. Obviously this would have to be a manual entry, but I have other clients I would use this for as well.
