Problem with Simplii Bank connection?

Does anyone else have problems maintaining a connection to Simplii accounts?
I suspect it has to do with the multi authentication but my Wave will not maintain a connection past the first download after the accounts have been deleted and setup again.
Anyone has any suggestions?
