Amount of Expenses in Cash Base (Paid) is Greater than Accrual Base (Paid + Unpaid)

Hi Everyone!

I don't know why it's happening when I check my Tax Account Transaction on cash base (Paid) it's showing 195.90 total payable and when I open Accrual Base (paid + Unpaid) it's showing 23.02. it's incorrect. Can anybody explain? Because as per my understanding accrual should show all those expenses in Cash base also.
