Hi,
I requested a data export three days ago (Excel format) and have still not received the link to access the compressed folder. Can someone please help! It's urgent!

Hi, @ElmaJacobs.
I took a look and saw that you have more than one email address linked to your account. The data export will always be sent to the primary email attached to your Wave account. Have you checked the other email addresses?
