HELP!!!!! Technical issue with wave - zero response from them
We have a technical issue with our WAVE - transactions not showing on reconciliation, and even though the account is not connected, we still see new transactions each day on the transaction page (they are not showing in reconciliation).
This appears to be a technical problem with WAVE - pages within the app are not communicating, AND there is an issue with the bank connection.
We have been using WAVE for two years.... this only started 6 weeks ago. No, we have not changed bank details. Yes, we have tried reconnecting, it wont connect at all (reminder: its not connected, but new transactions are populating the "transactions" page!?! so clearly it can still see out private info).
Wave is telling us we are "self serve".... so we have to fix their technical problems ourselves somehow??? Getting very frustrated.
We are also struggling to find how to upgrade our account, simply so wave will look at this issue. We just need it fixed. Assistance from wave thus far has been appalling
