No transactions showing in SOME pages
Transactions stopped populating in the "reconciliations" page 6 weeks ago, they show fine in the "transactions" page.
Its also showing our bank connection is turned off - even though we can see new transactions each day in "transactions". We cannot turn it back on because it says incorrect bank username. the username is NOT incorrect, it has never been changed and we logged successfully into Mercury many many times since.
Adding THE SAME bank account (with same username) as a "new" account works, but its sending transactions to "personal accounts USD" and it doesnt populate the reconciliations. Still blank.
This appears to be a tech issue with WAVE - clearly not something we can google or ask a chat bot about and fix ourselves as pages within the WAVE app are not communicating. Wave has completely ignored us thus far.
Any way to actually get someone from Wave to reply and fix this?????
We really need to get the transactions to populate in the reconciliation and get on with business. We have a huge social media following - would it help to go there? it would make a lot more noise. Has anyone ever tried asking for Wave to fix issues there??
