Better Filtering When Creating Estimates

When creating an estimate, it is difficult to find a customer that has the same Business Names. The drop down will only show "Company Name" and I have to keep clicking through until the right name shows up.
It would be easier if the drop down included the "Company Name + Person's Name" like it does in the invoicing area.
In my field I work with General Contractors with multiple project managers, so I can be working with up to 5 project managers in the same company which have to be be billed separately.
