Can't Connect Meridian Credit Union

Not sure if others who are with Meridian Credit Union (Canada) have experienced this too, but my small business account has been disconnected for about a week and a half (Not necessarily accurate since I only check Wave every 2 weeks or so) now since Wave has switched to Plaid.

When I try to reconnect this confirmation window pops up asking me for type of banking I have. I've tried "Small Business Banking", "Small Business", "Business", and even the target URL of said option but none of them seem to work.

Is there workaround for this in the meantime while this is sorted?

    I'm having the exact same problem with my chequing account with Meridian as well. Savings seems to be transferring fine.

    Any suggestions?

    I have been having nothing but issues with Meridian. It doesn't help that WAVE doesn't help at ALL

    I contacted Plaid support - apparently they do not integrate with Meridian

    Anyone have any updates on this one? This is brutally frustrating. Did Wave recently install Plaid which caused this problem?

    We've been having this exact issue since Wave switched to PLAID for bank connections. Prior to that it worked flawlessly for several years. Wave support is beyond useless—they just don't seem to care. We're a paid customer (payroll) but are now seriously looking for an alternative to Wave.

    We have the same issue as well and I've contacted PLAID once a couple of months ago and they said that they're working on fixing the connection issue. It is quite frustrating not being able to have transactions import over.
